French soldiers have arrived in Paris with a mission to secure the Olympics sites. A newly built military camp which can accomodate 4,500 soldiers has come up with a strategic location for operations across the city. The camp has been named after the late French long-distance runner and Olympian Corporal Alain Mimoun. The security camp was built in just 65 days. The Paris Olympic Games 2024 begin July 26.
