World Test Championship (WTC) is a two-year rotational Test cricket championship where the top two teams compete in the coveted final for the Test Mace trophy. India are runner-up in the last two WTC finals losing against New Zealand in 2021 and Australia in 2023. The ongoing Test cricket tournament consists of 27 series and 69 matches. India Climb To 2nd Spot In WTC Points Table
After their 5-wicket win in Ranchi, India have 62 points from eight games with a point percentage of 64.60. England, on the other hand, are in eighth place in ICC's World Test Championship 2023-25 points table
India have managed a comprehensive 5-wicket victory in the fourth Test against England and this win has catapulted Rohit Sharma's team to the second spot in the World Test Championship (WTC) 2023-25 points table. With their fifth win in the current two-year cycle, India now have 62 points from eight games with a point percentage of 64.6 in the International Cricket Council's updated rankings.

England, on the other hand, continue to languish in eighth place after the heavy defeat. Ben Stokes and Co have 21 points from nine matches and a point percentage of just 21.9.
