India's ace trap shooter Manavjit Singh Sandhu will lead the contingent at the Asian Shotgun Championship 2024.

Amid a medal-rich show by India's rifle and pistol shooters, who have already confirmed a record-breaking 16 quota places for the country in shooting at the Paris Olympics, the trap and skeet contingent will be itching to follow suit at the Asian Shotgun Championship 2024 in Kuwait.?(More Sports News)

The Sheikh Sabah Al Ahmad Olympic Shooting Complex in Kuwait City will host the continental competition from January 14 to 21, and offers eight Olympic quota places. As a country can secure a maximum of 24 quota spots - eight each in rifle, pistol and shotgun events - the Indian shotgun athletes will be raring to take India as close to that mark as possible.?
