Today she has a team of 60+ members, 60 percent of which are women associates. Unlike most?organisations, where women representation in leadership is underwhelming,?Zyla?has women leading 5 out of 10 teams.??

While?Khushboo?acknowledges there may be certain biases existing on women entrepreneurship,?she?believes that she has been lucky to get unending support of her family, spouse and team to build?Zyla?fearlessly. She adds that women are as strong as they want to be and eventually no biases withstand the will of a woman.?Khushboo?continues to derive strength from her strong-knit group of hostel mates from BITS?Pilani?and believes that women to women support is a must for one to move?forward.?
Khushboo?has also laid a deep-rooted focus towards women's health as well, thus?Zyla?Health is offering multiple?programmes?like Ova Women’s Health?Programme?and Ova?Pentacare?Pregnancy?Programme?aimed at improving women's health.?
Khushboo?decided to launch?Zyla?Health after she was unable to get continuous updates while her father?was? hospitalized?for a cardiac event triggered by his chronic diabetes. After having failed to find one she decided to launch one instead. She realized the vast difference between the healthcare systems she had worked with and that in India.?
Witnessing her father’s trauma sparked an idea. What if she could use her data analysis and consulting expertise—as well as her firsthand knowledge of more patient-centric healthcare systems—to help those suffering from chronic illnesses and avoid costly, life-threatening trips to the hospital with preventative treatment.?
According to?Khushboo,?Zyla's?key differentiating factor is that it takes a holistic, clinical approach to provide hyper-personalised?and real-time patient care?programmes?under an experienced team of accomplished doctors and healthcare experts. A pass out from IIM, Kozhikode and BITS, Later she graduated from the GFSA Female Founders?bootcamp.??Khushboo?also joined the Google for Startups Immersion: Women Founders program to further build her network.?She started the program with a four month old baby and appreciated the unique support the fully-female cohort provided, not just for their advice on her business but also for herself personally.?
Zyla?Health has helped more than one lakh women so far, of?which 60 percent have reported diabetes, followed by incidence of other lifestyle disorders such as PCOS/PCOD and thyroid?
