Vicky Kaushal will be starring in a new project by Karan Johar's Dharma Productions and streaming service Prime Video. Directed by Anand Tiwari, the yet-to-be-titled film also stars Triptii Dimri and Ammy Virk. The film will be available for streaming for Prime members, a statement read.

The multi-starrer is the second theatrical co-production that Prime Video is associated with Dharma Productions.
Now adding to the excitement, KJo has announced that his new project which is yet to be titled will hit theatres on August 25, 2023. However, he did not divulge any details of the story or even the genre of the film, apart from the film’s release date.
Karan wrote, “We’re bringing together three absolute POWERHOUSES OF TALENT – Vicky Kaushal, Ammy Virk & Triptii Dimri, led by the supremely talented director Anand Tiwari. Get ready, it will be entertainment unlimited as this yet-to-be-titled film makes its way to the cinema halls on 25th August, 2023!.”
The project is produced by Hiroo Yash Johar, Karan Johar, Apoorva Mehta, Amritpal Singh Bindra and Tiwari. It is the second theatrical co-production that Prime Video is associated with Dharma Productions, the first one being Sidharth Malhotra-led ‘Yodha’, set to be released on July 7, 2023.
Earlier talking about the project, Apoorva Mehta, CEO, Dharma Productions, had said, "Anand Tiwari's upcoming film is an eclectic mix of drama, emotions and a dash of comedy which will leave the audiences gleaming. With a stellar cast like Vicky Kaushal, Triptii Dimri and Ammy Virk, the film is the perfect summer entertainer and we can't wait for the audiences to watch it in theatres.”
Work wise, Vicky Kaushal last made a special appearance in Anurag Kashyap’s latest release ‘Almost Pyaar with DJ Mohabbat’. Triptii Dimri was last seen in the Netflix film ‘Qala’ while Ammy Virk last appeared in sports drama ‘’83’.
