As the film released in cinema halls today, fans of Prabhas could not help control their excitement and flocked to watch the film. They shared their happiness by bursting crackers, dancing to dhol beats and what not.?
After watching the first day, first show of the film, several social media users and fans of the actors reviewed 'Salaar’ on X (formerly known as Twitter), and called it a 'super duper hit.'
For those caught unaware, 'Salaar' is set amid the crime-ridden fictional city of Khansaar. In the film, Prithviraj's character tries to claim the city’s lordship and for that, he needs the help of his friend Salaar, played by Prabhas. Despite the fan frenzy for Shah Rukh Khan's 'Dunki', which released in theatres a day prior December 21, the viewers turned up in huge numbers to watch Prabhas' mass entertainer as well. Looks like it would be a tough fight between the SRK and Prabhas starrer at the box office.
