Resting Museum is a loose creative collective that aims to bring 'rest' into the art history, archival, and museum studies discourse, not only infrastructurally but also as a way of living, thinking, and being. It lends its resources and agency to anyone identifying as disabled and/or neurodivergent to pursue projects/means to look, that centre rest and disability, particularly in the arts.
Resting Museum was conceived by Priyanka D'Souza in 2020 and in 2021 Shreyasi Pathak joined. They are an artistic duo travelling through crip+queer time.
