The wrongness is in how you look at the women in what they're wearing.
If the person's intention is bad, they will look at things in that way and make judgements.
Rather than doing all these controversies to stop or ban movies or such songs, use your energy, to those places where so many rape cases are happening.
So many minors and innocent women who are wearing salwar or saree are being raped every single day.
What did they do?
Did they wear bad clothes?
It's high time to stop creating such controversies and they should focus on stopping the real issues.
